- Chongming early-stage enterprise development subsidy, 2026 (2026崇明初创助力发展补贴 · Grant · No equity) — Up to RMB 100,000 for an assessed excellent qualifying early-stage project. Status: Policy in force; call not confirmed open. Timing: Policy: 1 August to 31 December 2026, with qualifying cases since 1 January; confirm intake.
- Chongming Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition & Policy Support, 2026 (2026崇明区创业创新大赛与联动扶持 · Competition · Award / investment terms vary) — Competition awards plus priority routing to district startup subsidies, carrier incubation and guaranteed loans. Status: 2026 competition published; track intake to confirm. Timing: Implementation plan issued 20 August 2026; check track schedule.
